Greetings and Salutations!

In the words of Wilbur the Pig, "Yes! I want a friend, but I want to live, too!"

If you've read the blog before the reboot, you know the story. But if you want to know, you can read it here.  But I want to share my story and to hear yours. I want to see what I can offer you and what I can take from knowing you. Food is life. Life is stories that we all live. We all have a story and for me recipes are those stories. How they came to be and what spurred them to be. This blog is my story. I hope you'll love it as much as I do. The ups, the downs and even the sideways in between.

I've had this blog since last year but back in March, I wanted to make sure that everything I make was gluten free friendly and easily. So I'm rebooting it. The first recipe will appear on my birthday, May 12th and at least once a week thereafter. I'm heading to China next week though, so I'll have some simple and easy recipes to entertain you! Then when I come back, videos and pictures and even more recipes.

Now I need to go practice my Mandarin. Too Expensive! Tai Guile! Now just to find out how to say No Wheat!
